This portal is an Authorized Sales Partner website. All registration data is processed directly through MyRepublic Indonesia's official infrastructure to ensure maximum security and service authenticity.
Registration Process
A registration is only considered valid once the applicant's data has been verified by the central system. We do not collect any upfront registration fees (official deposits are handled strictly according to MyRepublic's official email instructions).
Coverage Check
MyRepublic services utilize a Fiber Optic network. The coverage check performed through this portal is an initial step; final technical certainty depends on the availability of FAT ports at the nearest pole to your location.
Data Privacy & Security
Personal data submitted (National ID/NIK, Address, Email) through our sales partners is strictly protected and will only be used for the purpose of activating your internet subscription.
Promos & Packages
Promotions are dynamic and subject to central policy changes. Should there be any price discrepancies during system input, the prevailing rate will be the latest promotion available in the MyRepublic central system.
Installation Terms
Equipment installation (ONT & STB) is carried out by official technicians at a pre-agreed schedule. Customers must ensure that any environmental or building management permits are secured before the technician arrives on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation can be requested before the cabling process begins. If a cancellation occurs after materials are installed or the account is active, penalty terms will apply in accordance with the MyRepublic subscription contract.
